The submitter holds these shares for the purpose of enhancing the corporate value and shareholder value of the issuing company, and adopts as its basic policy the long-term holding of such shares as pure investment. However, taking into consideration the issuer's management policies, financial condition, business environment, business outlook, compliance with the Corporate Governance Code, and various circumstances of the board of directors and other bodies, the submitter may, at a time it deems appropriate and within the scope permitted by law, conduct additional acquisitions of the issuer's
