1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using JSIGNAL ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
JSIGNAL is an AI-powered disclosure monitoring service for Japanese listed companies. The Service collects publicly available disclosure data from EDINET, applies AI summarization and risk extraction, and provides notifications to users based on their watchlists.
3. Account and Registration
- Users must provide a valid email address to register
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password
- One account per individual is generally allowed
- Users must be 18 years of age or older
4. Plans and Pricing
- Trial plan: 10 days free, limited features
- Personal / Pro / Enterprise plans: paid subscriptions with extended features
- Plan details are subject to change with prior notice
5. Prohibited Actions
Users may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract Service data
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security measures
- Resell or sublicense the Service without permission
- Use the Service to disseminate false or misleading market information
- Engage in insider trading or market manipulation
6. Intellectual Property
All Service content, design, and code (excluding publicly available disclosure data) are the property of the Service operator. Users retain rights to their own user-generated content (watchlists, profile data).
7. AI Analysis Handling
- AI summaries and risk extractions are generated by general-purpose large language models (Claude by Anthropic)
- AI output may contain errors, omissions, or biases
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI output

8. Investment Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
The Service is not an investment advisory service.
AI summaries, risk extractions, sentiment classifications, and any other content provided by the Service are for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell securities.
Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and any resulting profits or losses. The Service operator shall not be liable for any losses incurred through reliance on the Service.

9. Service Availability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control
- The Service may discontinue or modify features with prior notice
10. Termination
- Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting us
- The Service may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, user data may be deleted after a grace period
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. The operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved by the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction of first instance.
